Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have experience, our classes offer a welcoming and relaxing environment where you can reconnect with your body, calm your mind and enjoy practicing yoga outdoors.

Practicing yoga outside brings a unique sense of calm.

The fresh air, the trees and the peaceful atmosphere naturally help reduce stress and improve your wellbeing.

Our classes combine traditional Hatha Yoga with mindful breathing, gentle movement, relaxation and body awareness.

There is no competition and no pressure to perform.

Eva is a clinical psychologist at Healing Stories, guiding people towards greater balance and well-being through yoga, body-oriented practices and soundhealing. Combining different approaches, she creates a space to reconnect with your body, calm your mind and restore your inner balance. During these Tuesday mornings, she invites you on a journey through yoga, breath and mindful movement.

Wouter

Wouter

Wouter is acupuncturist, yoga and mindfulness coach and stress & burnout specialist. With a background in healthcare and coaching, he combines yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and acupuncture to support people in reconnecting with themselves, restoring balance and healing.

During these Tuesday morning sessions, he guides you through a mindful yoga journey to cultivate strength, calm and inner awareness.
